We need to pay attention to the following seven points when refilling a vending machine.

1.The goods with different sizes should be placed in different slots. If it is not clear what goods should be placed, we can use a ruler to measure the diameter and pitch of the spiral coil, and then compare the size of the goods (need to have a fixed package). The most direct method is to put the goods into the spiral coil aisle to experience it. If it is not too tight and will not fall out of the gap, it is suitable.

2.Inflatable beverages (carbonated beverages) should be placed as far as possible on the lower tray . Otherwise, if the beverages fall down, the beverages may spray out when the customer open it, which will affect the customer's buying experience.

3.Beverages with tetra pak packaging and canned beverages should be placed on flat-bottom rail to reduce the stuck rate. Because the frictional resistance when the row of tetra pak packaging and cans travels in the lane, is much greater than that of the plastic bottle, and it is easy to get stuck. While the flat-bottom rail can effectively reduce the goods-stuck rate.

4.Goods on the flat-bottom rails should be as short/low as possible.The goods that are tall and easy to fall should not be placed on the rail. When the whole row of goods fall down, it will drive you crazy.

5.When the bottled beverages are put into the machine,the bottle caps should face down as far as possible, which can effectively solve the problem that the beverage bottle does not fall after landing.

6.When the goods are placed, the upper end of the goods must not be tilted outwards (allow to stand or tilt inwards), which can effectively reduce the occurrence of being stuck caused by the goods touching the upper tray.

7.The same spiral coil should be filled with the same goods. It is best to fill it up every time when refill. If it can not be filled up, you can leave the innermost part empty, the front part of the spiral coil must be filled with goods.
